ETIP Summer Experience

The ETIP Summer Experience provides rigorous day programming for K-9th grade students at the Paul Quinn College campus during the month of June and July.

The ETIP Summer 2024 Program

In collaboration with the Paul Quinn College Urban Research Initiative, the 2024 ETIP Program will focus on the ETIP core subjects while exposing students to the knowledge and skills that will equip them to understand the inequities that impact their own communities. Kindergarten – Ninth grade students will participate in daily activities from 9:00am – 5:00pm including athletic experiences, academic classes and hands-on workshops.

June 17 – June 21, 2024

Environmental Justice – students will evaluate core issues related to environmental equity and justice while working with local leaders to address “real-life” inequities.”

June 24 – June 28, 2024

STEM students will apply knowledge learned from Week One, as they engage in relevant Math, Science & Technology workshops.

July 8 – July 12, 2024

Black History – students will study the lives of Black Leaders who have transformed their communities by using their voice to provide equitable and just opportunities for all.

July 15 – July 19, 2024

Language Arts – Read, Research, Write & Speak – students will grow in their communication skills to boost their potential for community impact and advocacy.

July 22 – July 26, 2024

Social Sciences – students will engage in meaningful activities to promote their understanding of policy and law.”

ETIP Summer 2024 Admissions Details

The ETIP Application Opens March 15, 2024. Students are accepted on a rolling basis as seats permit until June 10, 2024.

Tuition for the program is $300.00 per week or $1,350 for full-time summer enrollment (five weeks).
