At least one teacher must complete the recommendation form below on behalf of the applicant. This form must be completed by an instructor who has taught the applicant personally. Forms cannot be completed by the student’s family member. Completed forms should be emailed to etip@pqc.edu no later than February 1, 2021. The student’s name, school, and DOB should be included in the body of the email.

An English/Writing sample is required of all ETIP applicants. The writing sample should be written in the student’s own handwriting, should be no longer than one-page in length, and should answer the prompt below depending on the respective grade level as of 09/01/20.

Grade 4- 6 as of 09/01/20: In one page or less, answer the question, “What do you love most about school and why? ”

Grade 7-8 as of 09/01/20: In one page or less, answer the question, “What is academic excellence? Describe a time when you demonstrated academic excellence.”

Payment must be received by Friday noon prior to the workshop/course start date.

There are no refunds or exchanges.

There are no sibling discounts.

There is NO application fee.

Credit or Debit Card payments are allowed (cash not received).
